Q: How much is the space rent?
A: Effective February 1, 2023, base space rent is $600/month (plus water based on usage at 0.0043ยข/gallon used and sewer at a rate of $50.74/month.
Q: Are you a family friendly park or 55+ only?
A: We are an all ages community.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes, we just don't allow common mean breeds. This is strictly for the safety of other tenants.
Q: What is the application process for new applicants?
A: Contact manager, get application, turn it in with the required $50 per adult applicant fee along with a copy of your state issued ID and you will usually have an answer within 48 hours of submission.
Q: What are the requirements for homes being moved into the community?
A: We prefer your home to be ten years or less old and have either vinyl or T111 siding (hardwood) and vinyl windows, skirting made of the same material as your siding, a carport or garage with storage room is required to be constructed upon move in as well, landscaping must be attractive and not cluttered, no fencing in the front yard please.
Q: How old is this community?
A: Columbia Vista has only been in existence since 1994, so 29 years old now, however, we've aged well. ;)
Q: What school district is Troutdale in?
A: Columbia Vista is in the Reynolds school district.
Q: Do you have a community center on site?
A: Yes, we have a "clubhouse/community center" for the use of any tenant who so desires to use it, we only require an up front $100 CASH deposit for cleaning. If it is cleaned when finished, the deposit will be returned to the tenant at the time of inspection.
